The Notarial Office Spyridon K.Vennis was established in 2006, following the work of the former Athens Notary Public Konstantinos K. Vennis who succeeded, grandfather, Spyridon K.Vennis , offering a wide range of notarial and legal services.
In particular, the history of our Notary Office begins in 1953, when Spyridon K.Vennis, married to jew Lena David, world-war II hero and Infantry Colonel aide-de-camp of General Davakis and with a long service in Piraeus Port Authority as an Attorney, was appointed Notary Public of Athens and founded his Notary Office in Athens, in Aristotelous 4 Street. A street in Alimos Attika was named after him as a tribute.
During the Nazi occupation in Athens, he saved many Jews from Nazi persecution, granting them, documents that identified them as Christians.
In 1973, his son,Konstantinos K. Vennis, a former maritime lawyer and present forensic document examiner, (kvennis.gr) succeeded Spyridon K. Vennis and the office was transferred at the 4th floor of Aiolou 100 st, Omonoia District. Later, his son, Spyridon. K. Vennis , in 199 started working in the Notary Office when he was admitted at the Athens Law School. After his graduation in 1997 he was admitted to Boston University School Of Law and completed the Master’s Degree Program in International Banking Law and upon completion of a two year military service he worked as a laywer until 2006 when he succeeded and took up the office of his father , Konstantinos, when his active service as Athens Notary Public came to an end, but still at this time, his experience and problem-solving capabilities are extremely valuable.
Our office is assisted by secretaries and auxiliaries who are specialized in the particularities of the field, and supported by modern IT structures. We provide our clients and associates with free internet access and office computer for editing – printing texts, sending e-mails, sate of the art technology and therefor full tech support for our clientele.
